The INRoadCon26 room block includes the following room types:

• Run of House $529 ++ per night/double occupancy
• Resort View $569 ++ per night/double occupancy
• Resort/Ocean View $599 ++ per night/double occupancy

Please note: The room rate in the booking link includes the resort fees. The contracted rate shows on the payment details page under the price summary.

Please use the INRoadCon26 reservation portal to book a room in our room block and to receive convention pricing. The resort will honor INRoadCon26 pricing three days prior to the start and three days after the end of the convention, based on availability. 

IMPORTANT: The resort reservation portal includes rooms that are available during the convention dates Feb. 20-27. It will not show availability for the three days pre- or post-convention. Book your preferred room type for convention dates, and then send your reservation to Andria Hine, along with your actual trip dates, and we’ll work with the hotel behind the scenes to accommodate your travel. 

A deposit equal to one night room and tax for each confirmed room will be due at the time you book. You’ll need a valid American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date for the deposit.

PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR TRAVEL DATES BEFORE YOU RESERVE A ROOM. Room adjustments for international resorts can be less flexible than domestic properties.

PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THROUGH THE HYATT REGENCY. We can remove your reservation from our room block without losing the room from our inventory.

The hotel cutoff for reservations in the INRoadCon26 block is Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026.

Guest Room Tax: Effective at the time of check-out. 12.5% at the time of contract signing, subject to change.

Government Environmental & AHATA Levy: $3.50 per night, per room at the time of contract signing, subject to change.

Porterage & Housekeeping: There are $10.75 round trip per person porterage (bellman) fees and $7.53 per room, per day housekeeping gratuities at the time of contract signing, subject to change. 

Guest Room Resort charge: 15% per room, per day. This fee includes:

• Premium in-room Wi-Fi.
• Access to tennis courts.
• Access to health club.
• Access to beach facilities.
• Complimentary self parking.
• Access to seasonal resort activities based on availablity (meditation, yoga, pilates, mixology, cooking with chef, aloe scrub making, casino clinic, tennis clinic and more).

The Hyatt Regency Aruba offers a wide range of amenities to take your stay to the next level. Use the resort’s online booking system to make reservations for:
