The INRoadCon25 room block includes the following room types:

• Garden View $370++ per night/double occupancy
• Partial Ocean View $410 ++ per night/double occupancy
• Ocean View $450 ++ per night/double occupancy

Please use the INRoadCon 25 reservation portal to book a room in our room block and to receive convention pricing. The resort will honor INRoadCon25 pricing three days prior to the start and three days after the end of the convention, based on availability.

Please DO NOT cancel through the Westin. We can remove your reservation from our room block without losing the room from our inventory.

Guest Room Tax: Effective at the time of check-out. 12.5% at the time of contract signing.

Economic State Recovery Tax: Effective at the time of check-out. 2.5% at the time of contract signing.

Gratuities & Service Fees:

• Daily Housekeeping Fees – $6 per room, per day.
• Porterage Fees – $12 per person, roundtrip.

Daily Resort Fee: $25 per room, per day. This fee includes:

• Enhanced Wi-Fi.
• One hour of non-motorized watersports for up to two guests per day (including kayaks, paddle boards and Hobie Cats).
• Sunrise Beach Yoga for up to two guests per day.
• Unlimited use of snorkel equipment for up to two guests per day.
• Beach chairs and umbrellas for all guests on the beach.

The Westin Beach Resort & Spa offers a wide range of amenities & experiences including 9 dining options, a full-service spa, fitness center, pools, beach-front activities, picklet ball courts, private marina and more.

INRoadCon25 participants can enjoy a 10% discount spa services and parking (self and valet) during the convention.

Self parking is available at the rate of $25 per car, per night  Valet parking is $35 per car, per night.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
