02/15 SPOUSE/GUEST SHOPPING SPREE
While the road builders get down in the road building weeds, why not join us for a morning of duty-free shopping in Charlotte Amalie? Complete with a walking tour and a stop for a quick bite, this getaway will give you a glimpse of the territory capitol and a chance to pick up souvenirs before the week gets away from you.
Your $250 event fee includes tour guide, brunch and transportation to and from Charlotte Amalie (with plenty of room to stash lots of shopping bags!).
02/16 SERVANT LEADERSHIP
Just as Puerto Rico was hit hard by Hurricane Maria, the island of St. Thomas was also devastated. And, just as the island was beginning to make a recovery, a global pandemic shut down the U.S. territory, putting projects on hold.
We are working closely with community leaders in St. Thomas to develop a service learning project that will leverage our participants’ experience and expertise in an area of greatest need for those who call St. Thomas their home. We’ll report back when we have details on the project.
