HOSTING CLIENT EVENTS
Hosting client events is a large part of INRoadCon. We know that suppliers want to provide memorable events for their clients, and over the past few years, we’ve built in more time for those vital networking opportunities.
If you are interested in help scheduling group activities and dinners that require transportation, we suggest you work with our DMC Destination Services Manager Audrey Penn at (340) 998-2743.
INRoadCon brings in experts to help improve your business and the industry, to help participants grow personally and to provide professional development credits. In recent years, we’ve paid close attention to providing plenty of alternate times for private networking functions. Please respect the conference education content and social events when scheduling your client networking functions.

The Monday Happy Hour provides a great spot to gather with your guests before you head out for a night on the town. Please do not schedule client events during Monday Happy Hour.
Please do not schedule client events during the convention breakfast or the education session for all convention participants, including spouses/guests.
The Wednesday Happy Hour provides a great spot to gather with your guests before you head out for a night on the town. Please do not schedule client events during the Wednesday Happy Hour.
We understand that the Service Project might not be for everyone, so we’ve left this time open. However, it would be great to have your support for the Service Project in the morning!
