Hosting client events is a large part of INRoadCon. We know that suppliers want to provide memorable events for their clients, and over the past few years, we’ve built in more time for those vital networking opportunities.
SCHEDULING
INRoadCon brings in experts to help improve your business and the industry, to help participants grow personally and to provide professional development credits. In recent years, we’ve paid close attention to providing plenty of alternate times for private networking functions. Please respect the conference education content and social events when scheduling your client networking functions. Please do not schedule client events during the following times.
- 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. – Welcome Party
- 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – Beach Party
- 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. – Prayer Breakfast
- 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. – Panel Discussion
- 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. – Sponsors’ Party
- 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. – Convention Breakfast
- 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. – Convention Keynote
- 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon – Service Project
- 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Team Building
- 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. – Closing Dinner
