HOSTING CLIENT EVENTS
Hosting client events is a large part of INRoadCon. We know that suppliers want to provide memorable events for their clients, and over the past few years, we’ve built in more time for those vital networking opportunities.
GROUP ACTIVITIES
To make reservations for up to six (6) people at Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef restaurants, use Open Table: Luna Mar; Salt Shack; or Isla Blue at Bouy House.
If you need help scheduling group dinners for six to 12Â people on the Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef property restaurants, contact Restaurant Event Sales Manager Rebecca Howe at +1 340-249-0100.
**IMPORTANT NOTES FOR PLANNERS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
- Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef restaurants are closed on Monday nights. You will need to find accommodations off property for Monday, Feb. 17.
- None of the restaurants on property can accommodate more than 12 people per reservation, and a larger reservation may result in multiple tables. You will need to look off property for parties larger than 12.
- Because of limited resources on the island for groups both large and small, the meeting pros in St. Thomas recommend booking reservations as early as November. It is unlikely that there will be any seating available on-property after January, and many off-property locations will be fully booked, too.
- This is especially true for Friday, Feb. 14. If you’re planning something extra special for sweethearts, book early!Check out our DINING page for off-property recommendations, some of which can accommodate larger groups.
- To book group watersports or excursions, try the on-property provider Dockside Watersports. They’ll be on-site during INRoadCon25 registration hours and maintain a permanent desk in the resort lobby.
SCHEDULING
INRoadCon brings in experts to help improve your business and the industry, to help participants grow personally and to provide professional development credits. In recent years, we’ve paid close attention to providing plenty of alternate times for private networking functions. Please respect the conference education content and social events when scheduling your client networking functions.
