Let's get your brand out there

Sponsors make the magic happen at our annual convention. INRoadCon27 will provide an opportunity to showcase your company with unique opportunities at a variety of price points. And, while the cost of meetings like our convention continues to grow, we’ve kept our 2026 pricing.

But first, we need to talk about STUFF.

Many of our sponsors have generously supported our events in the past with impactful branded items. But everything that ships to the island has to leave somehow, and it may not be in your carry-on bag.

In today’s economy and climate, we’re trying to reduce the amount that we ship to our convention location.
Key West, like most islands in the Caribbean, is working hard to protect its ecosystem.

So, we’re not printing or shipping a lot of materials to the Keys. So we’re shifting our efforts to digital or experiential recognition.

Your sponsorship = connection

We’re emphasizing visibility through:

Digital branding on our website, our text service (back after last year’s unfortunate blackout) and digital signage where available.
In-person opportunities like introducing our keynote speaker, hosting happy hours and fishing boats, or releasing the scavenger hunt team building golf carts.

We’re aiming for less stuff and more substance. Your support helps us make that happen in a way that respects the island and still puts your brand in the spotlight.

There is one sponsor per opportunity unless otherwise noted. INRoadCon26 sponsors will receive priority access to INRoadCon27 sponsorship opportunities through Friday, Aug. 14, 2026. After that, all remaining opportunities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The deadline for inclusion in any materials that we do print is Friday, December 18, 2026. Thank you for your consideration!
