Here’s where we break down what’s included in your registration, what you’ll need to handle on your own and how to make sure you’re set for Aruba. Registration fees for the 2027 convention remain:
- Couple $2250
- Single $1940

WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION FEES COVER
Your convention registration helps us take care of the details so you can focus on learning, connecting and soaking up that island sunshine. Here’s what’s included:
- Full access to all scheduled business and educational sessions for you and your spouse/guest.
- Group networking events and select meals.
- Pre-event and on-site support from your convention team.
We’ve worked hard to balance structured time with freedom to explore Key West at your own pace. Your registration fee makes it all happen.
PLAN FOR THESE ON YOUR OWN
While we’ve covered the essentials for a successful convention experience, some parts of your trip need to be booked and paid for separately:
- Your transportation to and from Key West and on the island.
- Hotel accommodations (you’ll book directly with the resort).
- Meals outside of convention events.
- Personal expenses, optional excursions or add-ons.
Our team is happy to point you in the right direction, but these pieces are up to you.
