The INRoadCon27 room block includes the following room types:

  • Pool & Partial Ocean View Suite $619 ++ per night/double occupancy
  • Key West View Room $629 ++ per night/double occupancy
  • Ocean View Room $719 ++ per night/double occupancy

The resort will honor INRoadCon27 pricing three (3) days prior to the start and two (2) days after the end of the convention, based on room type and availability. 

A deposit equal to one night room and tax for each confirmed room will be due at the time you book. This is refundable up to seven (7) days in advance of your arrival.

PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION THROUGH CASA MARINA. We can remove your reservation from our room block without losing the room from our inventory. Contact Andria Hine to cancel.

The hotel cutoff for reservations in the INRoadCon27 block is Friday, Jan. 15, 2027.

Guest Room Taxes: Sales tax rate at the time of contract signing was 7.5%, and the hotel occupancy tax rate is 5%, subject to change without notice.

Guest Room Resort charge: $40 per room, per day. This fee includes:

  • Resort access and transportation between Casa Marina and The Reach resorts.
  • Casa Marina recreation activities: corn hole, hammocks and beach access.
  • The Reach recreation activities: life-size chess, bocce ball, hammocks and beach access.
  • Beach and pool lounge chairs with umbrellas.
  • Poolside cold eucalyptus towels and popsicles.
  • Hydration stations.
  • Daily newspaper.
  • Wireless internet in guest rooms.
  • Fitness center access.
  • Local and domestic long distance phone calls.
  • Two (2) in-room bottles of water daily.
  • In-room coffee.
