READY TO REGISTER?

To make sure you have everything you need to register for INRoadCon26, gather the following information for participants and their spouses/guests:

• Arrival/departure schedule.
• Mobile phone numbers for ALL participants.
• Email address for ALL participants.
• A mailing address for a pre-conference welcome pack.
• T-shirt sizes for Service Project participants.
• Food allergies/restrictions for ALL participants.
• Will participants need a certificate to document professional development hours?
• What activities and social events will people participate in?
• Will your company be supporting the event through a sponsorship?
• Do you have the discount code for Platinum or Gold sponsors?
• How will you be paying? Invoice or credit card options are available.
• Resort reservations, airfare and ground transportation are separate from this registration. 
• Ground transportation services are separate from your registration and should be booked AFTER you have your flight information.
• By registering, you give permission for photo and video images to be taken and used for promotional purposes. 
• Participation in INRoadCon26 and related activities is voluntary and carries certain risks. By registering, you agree to hold Indiana Constructors, Inc., its staff, officers and partners harmless for any injury, illness or loss that may occur. You accept responsibility for  participation in optional excursions, water activities, and off-site events, and release Indiana Constructors, Inc. from liability related to those activities.
