Sponsors make the magic happen at our annual convention. INRoadCon26 will provide an opportunity to showcase your company with unique opportunities at a variety of price points. And, while the cost of meetings like our convention continues to grow, we’ve kept our pricing the same as 2025 while offering more options.
But first, let’s talk about Aruba.
Many of our sponsors have generously supported our events in the past with impactful branded items. But it’s a little different in Aruba:
- Aruba doesn’t have a zip code system, and shipping is unreliable.
- The island, like many in the Caribbean, is working hard to protect its fragile environment.
So, we’re not printing or shipping materials to the island. Most printing will be done locally, with limited options. So we’re shifting the focus.
Your sponsorship = real connection
We’re emphasizing visibility through:
- Digital branding on our website, our text service and digital signage where available.
- In-person opportunities like introducing speakers, hosting happy hours or guiding walkshops.
We’re aiming for less stuff and more substance this year. Your support helps us make that happen in a way that respects the island and still puts your brand in the spotlight.
